Privacy policy
Last updated October 2026.
This policy explains what information the Technology Insurance Practice of Insurance Office of America collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you request a coverage review or sign up for the newsletter, we collect the information you type into the form: your name, work email, company, title, phone number, and details about your business such as segment and employee count.
We also record the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the URL, so we know which content brought you here. Like most websites, our hosting and security systems log standard technical information such as IP addresses for abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use what you submit to prepare for and follow up on your request, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to respond when you contact us. Submitting a form may trigger an email notification to our team and a confirmation email to you.
If you schedule a call, you do so through Calendly, which collects the information needed to book the meeting under its own privacy policy.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our email and scheduling tools, and only as needed to operate them.
How long we keep it
We keep submission records as long as they're useful for working with you and as required by our business and regulatory obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing jeffrey.giacobello@ioausa.com or calling 813-262-2311.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new date. Questions about this policy can go to jeffrey.giacobello@ioausa.com.
