I've spent 10 years in commercial insurance, and I work a narrow set of industries on purpose. Technology is one of them. When we sit down, I'll already know what your customer agreements usually ask for, how underwriters read an MSP or SaaS submission, and where E&O and cyber wording tends to leave gaps. You won't spend the first meeting explaining what an RMM tool is.
My role is new business and risk consulting. Two account managers handle day-to-day service, so my time goes to the work that moves your program: reviewing contracts before you sign them, structuring coverage around what you actually deliver, and finding what your current program is missing.
